DOCUMENTS REQUESTED: Please produce in PDF form copies of all PERFORMANCE GOALS AND INDICATORS for Superintendent Prentiss that were required to be appended and incorporated into her Superintendent’s 2019-2021 contract as Appendix A in Paragraph 3 of said contract. These addendum and attachments should include those that were required to be appended to the contract ANNUALLY not later than September 1| 2020 and September 1| 2021. |
