These records were also provided in response to FOIA request R0000762 – 012120. As to the request for all comments submitted as part of the audit| your request is denied. This data was not provided to the District as part of the final report. Upon request to the organization for these materials| the District was advised that raw data collected as part of the audit process is not shared with the organization or maintained by the provider. They would not have anything to share other than the final report already provided to the District and in response to the FOIA request. |
