Similar requests are being sent to districts throughout the state – This request| therefore| is not only in regard to employees in your district. Nor is it related to any matters regarding employees you may have| represented currently by IEA (e.g.| upcoming contract talks| etc.): • The names of all non-certified support staff employed by Hinsdale Township High School District #86| excluding any staff already part of an IEA-affiliated bargaining unit (regardless of membership status); • Their job titles; • Their date of hire; • Their work building and its address; • The number of hours they are scheduled or have worked per week; • The number of hours they are scheduled per year; • Their collective bargaining unit status (i.e. whether or not they are covered by a collective bargaining agreement) and| if they are in a bargaining unit| the name of the labor organization with which that unit is affiliated; •The identity of any subcontracted companies currently engaged in district support staff work (including but not limited to: transportation services (regular or special ed)| food services| custodial services| technology services| and security services) Please forward this information to me electronically at your earliest convenience. Enclosed please find Simple Tally Reports for Hinsdale Central and Hinsdale South pulled from the District’s Student Information System on March 26 2021. The Simple Tally Report will vary as student course requests change due to schedule modification requests| or course offerings. These reports reflect course number| description| and total student requests as of the date of the Simple Tally Report. Courses may incorporate more than one course number to reach its total enrollment. For example a stacked course or co-taught course consists of more than one course number. |
