Please note that directory information for many of the District’s staff| including names| e-mail addresses| and title/position are available to the public under the “Staff Directory” link on the District’s website here: https://d86.hinsdale86.org/domain/166. Additionally| salary information for all teachers and administrators is available to the public under the “Salary and Compensation Reports” link on the District’s website here: https://d86. hinsdale86.org/Page/375. With respect to your request for an Excel or csv file| the District is not required to provide it under FOIA Section 8.5 and| moreover| your request is denied as unduly burdensome within the meaning of Sections 3(g) and 3.1 (a)(iii) of FOIA. See 5 ILCS 140/3(g)| 3.1(a)(iii). The District believes the burden on the District| i.e.| spam resulting from the disclosure of the directory information| outweighs any commercial interest in the information. The District already spends a substantial amount of money filtering “spam” or “junk” e-mails| and even with the filters in place| staff still must spend valuable compensated time reviewing and deleting such e-mails. Therefore| you are invited to narrow your request under Sections 3(g) and 3(a)(iii). ?
