We are seeking the following Board of Education agenda item for the April 23| 2020| meeting: “Resolution #20.15 Authorizing Issuance of a Notice of Remedial Warning to Lisa Fernandez.” We also are seeking an documents justifying this action. If this involves Ms. Fernadez’s alleged racial slur from earlier this year| we already have those documents. The district| however| has never released any documentation indicating the alleged slur. It has not cited a specific exemption for keeping the slur secret. If you have any questions about this request| please feel free to call me at 505-426-5067.

1. Evaluation information prohibited from disclosure under Section 24A-7.1 of the School Code and Section 11 of the Personnel Record Review Act. See 5 ILCS 140/7(1)(a)| 7(1)(f)| 7.5(q); and

2. “Private information|” such as signatures| exempt from disclosure under FOIA Section 7(1)(b).
