| We are seeking the following Board of Education agenda item for the April 23| 2020| meeting: “Resolution #20.15 Authorizing Issuance of a Notice of Remedial Warning to Lisa Fernandez.” We also are seeking an documents justifying this action. If this involves Ms. Fernadez’s alleged racial slur from earlier this year| we already have those documents. The district| however| has never released any documentation indicating the alleged slur.
