Superintendent Prentiss’ 2019-2021 superintendent’s contract was produced in response to FOIA request R000845-112420| however| original Appendix A setting forth her required PERFORMANCE GOALS AND INDICATORS for that contract term| and the required annual NEW goals and indicators| were not produced. DOCUMENTS REQUESTED: Please produce in PDF form copies of all PERFORMANCE GOALS AND INDICATORS for Superintendent Prentiss that were required to be appended and incorporated into her Superintendent’s 2019-2021 contract as Appendix A in Paragraph 3 of said contract. Please provide the total number of students at Hinsdale South and the total number of students at Hinsdale Central that have experienced a scheduling conflict with any one of their courses (including any conflicts that were “resolved”) for the 2021-2022 school year.

That listing was referenced several times during the HR Committee meeting of March 2| 2021 (the records of which have been removed from Boarddocs as of this date)| the Committee of the Whole Meeting on March 17| 2021| and the Regular Action Meeting of March 25| 2021 at which the School Board approved the recommendation of 606.7 FTE employees| at a cost to taxpayers of likely over $50|000|000. Furthermore| various extracts from this listing of these courses were presented for School Board review to inform their thinking in the decision to approve or reject the staffing recommendation| course listings that were discussed at length by the School Board President and other School Board members. My name is Mason Giacchetti| I am a student at Hinsdale Central High School| and I am currently enrolled in AP Research. For my AP Research project| I am using a survey to try and investigate the impact that remote learning has had on the mental health of students in the district| and as such| it would be very helpful if I had access to previous data collected by the district in regards to the mental health of students so that I can compare my results to those of previous years. I am requesting access to the data collected by the district in last year’s student mental health survey that was sent out by the district towards the end of the school year to all students. I am aware that this student mental health survey is normally sent out at the end of each school year| and as such| it would be helpful if I could have access to the survey data for the past two years| but I only really need access to the data collected by the survey at the end of the 2019-2020 school year. This information can also be provided to my teacher| Mr. Wollschlaeger| and then relayed to me through him if that is a more preferable method given some of the personal information that is attached to the student survey data.
