| With respect to the letter sent by email to D86 families dated November 16| 2021| signed by Board President Walker and Superintendent Prentiss| in which families are informed that the administration is recommending that the Board approve November 22 and 23| 2021 as days off and which specifically states that “the board of education is anticipated to approve” these days off| please produce in PDF form any and all communications dated on or after October 28| 2021| through the date of this FOIA request| that were sent or received to/from/between Tammy Prentiss and any or all D86 board members that discussed the recommendation| including any communication in which any individual board member indicated to either Tammy Prentiss| or the entire board of education| that they had no objection or would approve or support this recommendation or would oppose this recommendation. The communications should include emails (including attachments) and text messages. |
